    From tabletop position, on hands and knees, bring right knee to right hand.

    How your foot and shin are positioned is going to depend upon your body. If you are super limber, your shin may be perpendicular to your thigh & you may be able to lay on top of your leg and relax with yor forehead on the back of your hands. This is not the case for me. I find that staying in an upright position before I lower down and swaying a bit is a very good stretch.

    In any case, the left leg is going to want to remain straight behind you, in line with the hip.

    Long slow deep breathing as the tension is worked out.

    Return to tabletop.

    Repeat on the opposite leg.
