HW: Mantra Vinyasa
For this pose we are using the “hole-in-the-pocket technique” for complete non-attachment.
Along with the sounds of the 7 major chakras in the body.
Starting tall and strong in mountain pose.
Take a deep breath of light into the belly and exhale everything else.
Reaching above you, bringing down the heavens in prayer pose.
Bring the hands down in prayer pose as you lift the left leg.
You can either bring your left foot to your upper inner thigh or on the calf.
Be careful not to push the right knee with your left foot.
Nothing to prove, this practice is for you.
We are looking for congruence and growth through a solid foundation.
It is for you to enjoy stretching yourself.
Giving thanks and surrendering within, move the hands out with an everything is okay sign.
Starting from the root, direct the energy while humming Lam 7 times.
Then ascend to next center with Vam 7 times.
Now, Ram 7 times.
And then, Yam

Yum
Aum
Paying attention to your body, notice how you feel as you stand here for a moment or two.
Slowly release coming back to mountain pose.
