<i style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;”>Pose: Easy Pose – Mantra: Repeat 7x each for 3 Rounds
Sit on the mat and place a cushion or blanket under you. Sit cross legged bringing each foot more or less beneath the opposite knee. Place your hands on your knees in Gyan Mudra and sit up straight, lengthening the spine. Inhale deeply and chant Lam 7 times. Then do the same with Vam, Ram, Yam, Ham, Aum, and Om. Do 3 rounds of this and afterwards sit with yourself and feel what you have created in your spirit, body, and mind.
