    From Mountain pose…Lift up through the spine as you softly fold forward. Lift the knees caps to engage the thighs and stabilise. Hands can come to rest on the thighs or shins, depending on your arm length and how tight your hamstrings are – take it slow, they will undo with practice, but don’t press on the knees! Tilt the sit bones up and press back through the glutes for a flat back , with the gaze down and neck long actively lengthen the crown of the head and glutes away from each other for a beautiful back release. 😊
