Forward fold
Standing in mountain pose. Feet hip distance apart. Inhale straighten the spine and exhale hint forward at the waist bringing the chest into the thighs. Ensure neck is hanging free, shake the head yes then shake the head no. If the back of the legs are tight you can keep a bend in the knees. Hands can be resting on the mat, ankles, or wrapped behind the legs.
