Pose: Standing Forward Fold
Fold down keeping your upper body parallel to the ground. Make sure to straighten and not round your back by tucking your pelvis in. You can place your hands on your upper thighs or on the shins if that’s comfortable for you.
Q: Do feet NEED to be together in this pose?
