    Nice exercise for low back pain ❤️ # 30dayyogachallenge. Bend the right leg and place the foot against the crotch. Stretch the left leg out to the side. Bend over the leg and grasp the foot if you can grasp it. Take a deep breath here ❤️💓 Do the same on the other leg
