Pigeon Variation- Rock The Baby;
In a seated position with legs extended, keep the left leg extended and bend the right knee so that the foot is flat on your mat. Take the right leg and lift it with your arms, having the inside of the calf along your chest. Cradle your leg in your arms and gently rock side to side. This stretch can also be done lying down, and offers a deep stretch in the hip.
