    Standing forward fold. Uttanasana.

Starting in mountain pose, slightly Tuck your tail bone under. Ground through your feet and create a straight line from your base to your head. Make sure your shoulders are pulled down and back. Imagining a string pulling from the top of your head will make this process simpler.

Once in good spine alignment, hinge forward at the hips while keeping your back straight. It may feel good to have a slight bend in the knees as you are folding forward as this may allow you to go a bit deeper into your lower back.

Make sure your neck is neutral and in line with your back. Once you have bent at the hips to come parallel to the earth, you may now slightly round your low back to go deeper into this pose.

You could feel this stretch in your calves, hamstrings, hips, and lower back.
