A blanket, towel or scarf under the knee or hips depending on your own body & what its calling you to be aware of. Then for more elevation to close the gap, pop a pillow underneath your hips for a more gentle alignment. Exhale, gliding your right knee inbetween both hands, right foot is close to your pelvis, or if it’s part of your practice & more fluid for you, bring the right shin parallel to the front of your mat to to deepen your experience. Inhale spider finger bridge lifting your heartspace, as you tuck the back toes under to stabilise the hips square to the front of the mat. Lift your chin slightly, lower belly is engaging gently, tail bone is tucking under, feel firmly, deeply into both feet & relax your shoulders down & de-stress them.
    You can remain propped up on your fingertips, or come to your forearms, then if you feel it, relax your forehead onto the mat or your arms as a pillow, breathe deeply into your belly.
