    Revolved Sitting Angle Pose. With your feet out in front of you make sure that your tail bone is tilted back to help you sit up with a straight spine. Keeping your your right leg straight draw your left leg towards your body with your foot meeting your thigh. Draw your right shoulder down to your right thigh and reaching your left hand towards your right foot. You should feel a nice stretch in your left side.
