Kriya Yoga is very challenging for me and this one specifically because of the fire breath I find myself lost in focusing on so many things at once but I do find it helps me build a fire inside and is a great way for me to build energy for the day if I do it in the morning. It activates the mind and body and I have a lot more energy to finish the things I want done and start my day. I felt I judged myself in the beginning like why am I doing this ridiculous looking thing that doesn’t feel good? But it is the journey of discomfort that leads to clarity. It’s very hard but you feel so light afterwards. It’s like ice baths! Or any difficult situation. When you’re in it, it feels awful and like the end of the world but you remember it’s temporary and you will get through it and feel exhilarated and boosted with confidence.
