HW: Kundalini
This course has been my first experience with Kundalini yoga. I had not heard of Kundalini yoga before this but found it to be a very interesting practice. I enjoyed the practice and found it to be a lot more challenging mentally than I had initially anticipated and enjoyed stepping out of my comfort zone and exploring a new practice style. I found myself able to really focus on the different breathworks and bandhas and bring the two together. I am looking forward to making kundalini a more regular part of my yoga practice.
