I loved this module and will definitely be adding it to my personal practice. I had heard of Kundalini Kriyas before joining YTT but didn’t truly understand the practice until we did them in the live workshops. While I enjoy the Kriyas focused on engaging the bandhas and breath work, like Sat Kriya, I prefer the singing. My go-to’s are “Ardas Bahaee”, “Hallelujah” by Snatam Kaur, and for my lower chakras Activation Vibration’s “Cellular Upgrade” from one of the live workshops. As someone who was really shy growing up, I always loved singing in my bedroom and opening my throat chakra in that way. Mantras are definitely a healthier method of singing than depressing country songs or show tunes!

I also love the Kriya when you repeat “Love” or “Har”. I feel like it balances my heart chakra so beautifully and I never want to open my eyes after completing the session. During the practice, I feel myself relax and become gently energized, as the energy flows through my body. I am so grateful to finally experience Kundalini and it really cleared up some massive throat chakra disturbances that had been carried with me from infancy. In the past, every time I attempted to heal and these issues came up, I would hide away and continue suffering. Combining these modalities, I finally had faith and pushed through.
