HW: Kundalini
Kundalini was a very interesting experience. I appreciate learning about how the different elements of the physical body, breathing, and vocals come together. To be honest, I believe I need to do this more regularly to feel some of the effects that were discussed. I appreciated the challenge that this practice can bring – especially with holding your arms and body in a certain position for that amount of time. I look forward to trying this more for myself so if it is a good fit for me I can share the benefits with future students.
