HW: Journey to Joyful
After reading this book in it’s entirety I can say not only has it given me the complete recipe to change my life completely through yogic practices, hereby pranashama, asanas, pranayama, prathaya, dharana and dhyana. But it has also given me the recipe to break free from my 3 mental prisons along with how to tame my monkey mind to reach bliss. The yoga philosophies along with 8 limbs of yoga of patanjali-grandfather has so much wisdom about how to live the truest blissful life. I honestly love how much it all fits together, also how our chakra system is connected with everything. Throughout reading this book I have gotten several glimpses of samadhi. I will continue working with daily practices and wisdom this book has offered me. This is truly the journey to joyful. Thank you <3
