HW: Journey to Joyful
I keep re-reading chunks of this book over and over – not necessarily the same bits, but I’m finding that the content is a compilation of all the things that I have been exploring over, probably the last decade, with the most pertinent aspects brought together in one comprehensive text. What I’ve enjoyed most, and continue to find useful is that it is forcing me to be mindfully curious and introspective. Every time I read through I’m challenged and have to ask myself a few ‘whys?’ – particularly in the section that talks about habits formed and outside stimulants used as an avoidance for what issues really need addressing. That is really poking at me currently as I know I have difficult things to address but I can’t locate the eye of the storm just yet. Nonetheless, I will and I am grateful…
