Anahatasana Heart melting pose. If you have tender knees, definitely grab a towel to cushion you, also for your forehead if your neck & spine need to have extra support as you immerse into this posture.
Inhale into your beautiful table top position exhale flex spine into cat pose.Inhale extend arms & settle your knees under your hips. Exhale melting your chest down onto the earth, opening up your shoulders, opening up your back body, firming through your midline for stability, ground into the tops of both feet & walk knees closer or further from you depending on your balancing energy.
Breathe in deep breathe out & let bliss in.
Forehead to the earth, or for a deeper neck stretch allow your chin to be resting on the mat looking forward.
