HW: Journey into the Heart
Bow Pose
Start out laying flat on your stomach with your arms at your side. Bend the knees making sure to keep the knees feet hips distance apart. Reach back and grab the ankles. Inhale and on the exhale kick into your hands lifting the legs and chest off the mat. Breath here. Core should be engaged and neck relaxed with the gaze directed forward.
