HW: Journey into the Heart
Fish Pose:
Starting in a seated position, extend the legs and lean back onto the forearms. Let the head fall back , press into the hands and lift the chest towards the sky squeezing the elbows and shoulder blades together. Do a four part breathing series here where you breathe into the chest, then the belly. Exhale from the belly, then the chest. Do this at least three to five times. To come out of this pose, relax the shoulder blades, look forward, bend the knees and press yourself into seated position once again.
