    Hey y’all,

    My name is Je’Maria Ware and I’m from New Orleans but I currently live in Minneapolis. I’m a wife and mother of two boys on the Autism Spectrum whom I love dearly. I signed up because I love yoga and wanted to integrated it as a lifestyle and spiritual practice. In the future I hope to teach and help others reduce stress and find more joy in life.
