Pose: Goddess Pose
Walk you feet out way further than the hips and turn your feet out about 45 degrees. Exhale and bend the knees till your thighs are parallel to the floor. Make sure to engage your hips and press down into the mat with your feet. Raise your hands to get your forearms parallel to the floor as well and your hands pointing towards the ceiling. Keep the chest open and breathe here. Stay strong in the arms.
