    Frog Variations:

    Begin in a seated position, then bring your knees out wide with your feet 90 degrees below them.

    You may stay on your palms here or if possible lower down to your forearms, opening up this stretch. During this pose you can shift your hips from down back, up and forward, just allowing it to flow in a c shape motion.

    Another variation is to bring our feet together and sitting our hips back onto them. Again you have the option to stay above or lower yourself onto your forearms. In this version you may rock your body side to side to feel the stretch on your inner thighs.

    Breath into this pose, allowing yourself to just be, and letting go of any unwanted thoughts with each breath out.

    When you’re ready to come up, stay on your palms as you walk your knees all the way together, countering our practice here today.
