HW: Inner Thighs
Standing in mountain pose, move your feet shoulder distance apart.
Stretching your arms above you, maybe even lean back for a moment, coming forward, bending at hips, fold upper body down.
Reaching hands to the ground, keeping spine straight, slowly move feet outward while relaxing in your breathing. Keep on slowly moving feet outward in balance as far as you think you can, a bit more and hold for 5 breaths.
Now, figure out how to get out of this position as gracefully as you can without causing harm.
