    Goddess Pose.💖Come into a sumo stance & turn your toes inward about 45 degrees from the heel. Press your weight to the ground & anchor your lower body through the earth.
    Lift your palms up to the sky. Stand like a star! Lengthen your spine so tall, tucking your pelvic floor up through out your core, tightening under, in & up, add your mudra & gently bend into both of your strong legs at the same time. Work with your knees bend open & low through your upper inner thighs, firming then framing out the strong hold.
    💚Spinal structure is long, tall & extended. Core is strongly connected. Draw energy up & radiate it out.
    To take it further, dip lower, widen your stance, lift your heels or expand your mudra position’s.
    Allow for a nice warm up of your core before holding this posture, its super helpful. Be mindful of all your joints. And any shuddering instability just back off slightly, breathe & dive in again if you feel it.
