    Pose: Happy Baby

    From laying on your back on the mat, bend you knees to your belly and grab ahold of your feet or toes with your hands. Open your knees wider than your torso and align your ankles over your knees. Pull your hands down to feel this stretch. Rock from side to side to massage the back if it feels good!
