    Happy Baby;
    I have always loved this one🥰Lying on your back, bend the knees and grab the outer edge of the feet with your hands. The knees come to either side of your body. You can bring your feet back toward your shoulders, or stay somewhere around 90 degrees, whichever variation is comfortable for you. Gently rock side to side. Happy Baby offers a deep stretch into the hips and inner thighs, while providing a nice lower back massage. I like to smile in this pose, remembering myself as a “happy baby” without a care in the world. No stored traumas or tension.. just being here now, being alive now, feeling ease, joy and play now, being a “happy baby” now💫😀
