    Day 12: 🧜‍♀️ Mermaid pose-

    Transitioning from downward dog, kick your right leg up and then drop your right knee in between your hands.

    Allow your left leg down to rest on the earth, before grabbing it with your left hand. Then if possible pull your foot towards you so that you can sit your foot into the inside of your elbow, giving yourself the freedom to reach your right hand back and lace together with your left.

    If this pose is not possible today, you may also stay in pigeon pose as shown in the second image. Remember to do the same on the other side.
