Lizard Pose:
From Tabletop, shift the weight and press back into downward dog. Lift the right leg into 3 legged dog, and bring the knee through the hands. Place the foot onto the mat between the hands. Move both hands to the inside of the foot, then angle the foot at a 45 degree angle. You may stay in the position if that is where you are, you can place the firearms down on the mat, and let the leg fall to the side to get deep into the hip. You can go further and make a pillow with your arms and lay on the mat. You can place the right arm under the leg and try and get the shoulder under the leg, or you can try and get your upper body under the leg. There are many variations of Lizard Pose. To get out of the pose, from wherever you are, come back into the hands, release the leg straight and step back into downward dog or plank.
