Lizard Lunge – Right
Starting in downward dog. Step the right foot forward to the outside edge of the mat. Toes turned out. Drop the back leg to the mat and check that the front knee is bent at 90 degrees with the knee stacked over the ankle.
Square the hips to the front of the mat and engage the quads. Slowly lower down onto the forearms and keep the chin lifted and gaze forward.
This can be a very intense stretch so be sure to breath into the stretch and go slow when coming into and out of the pose.
