    Pose: Savasana

When nearing the end of practice, allow your self to lay down with your back to the mat. Feet spread slightly apart and palms facing the ceiling. Close your eyes and go inward. Allow yourself to melt into the mat and feel the ground beneath you supporting you, holding you. Breathe deep belly breaths and feel the effects of this practice. Notice how your body and even your mind have changed since the beginning of the practice.

Savasana is one of the most important poses in my opinion…My mind is often going a million miles per minute so I am always tempted to skip or shorted Savasana. Learning the power of stillness and the power of staying 🙂

I like the acknowledgement to notice any changes at the end of the practice. I was just curious if this is supposed to be a hamstring pose though?
