HW: Hamstrings
Half or full split, Hanumanasana # 30dayyogachallenge. Place the left leg between your hands. The left knee is lowered onto the mat. Half split. Press your hips back. Be long in the spine. Exhale and bend over the left leg. You can also hold around the leg with a band / belt or whatever you have available. If it is available to you then move your right leg all the way down to the mat. And the front leg forward. And go into full split or as far as you can, as I show in the picture ❤ Deep breaths here.
