Reclining Straddle Pose/ Supine Wide Legged Stretch;
Lying down on your back in a supine position, bring the feet to Butterfly Pose, holding the feet with your hands. Grabbing the ankles (as pictured), the feet, or the calves, gently guide your legs out a bit wider, then straighten the legs while bringing the feet toward the shoulders. This stretch is similar to a Wide Legged Forward Fold, but in a supine position. This pose offers a deep stretch through the inner thighs, Hamstrings and hips.
