Half Split
Starting in tableOn your next inhale go ahead and bring one leg forward so your knee is between your hands. Then exhale and push your hips back and straighten you front leg. Now lean into your leg and grab the foot if you can. If not you can place your hands on your thighs or grab your calf or use a towel/strap around your foot and gentle pull. Continue to take deep breaths really relaxing into it as you exhale.
(After a few breaths) on your next inhale gently start to come out of it back into table top position. Repeat on on the other side.
