    Half SplitFrom your forward bend place your palms on the floor and step back with your left foot. Drop your left knee down and come up into your low lunge. From here – straighten your right leg and flex your right foot. With your palms on both sides of your right leg, straighten your spine, bend from your hips and bend towards your right leg. And if your hamstrings are pretty tight you might put blocks underneath your hands to help you as you stretch out your hamstrings. As you progress in this stress you will get closer to doing the full splits. After a few breaths here draw your right leg back.
