Inhale palms kiss prayer to the sky & exhale feel deeper into the pose. Bring your palms infront of your face & open at your fingertips for lutus mudra. Dive into the sensations & feel the strength as your legs are engaged deepening your support & your hips are nestling closer to the earth 🌎 freeing the tensions & opening up deeply.
