Social Anxiety/Empowerment and Positivity Meditation
This meditation works best right upon waking up. The hour after you wake up in the morning is a very sacred time because your brain is still in a dreamy state where it is absorbing everything around it. If you feed your brain these affirmations while deep breathing first thing in the morning, it will help you re-wire your subconscious negative limiting beliefs.
This meditation is geared towards people who struggle with anxiety, social anxiety, insecurity, knowing your worth, body image, personal image, and negative ruminating thoughts.
