Mountain pose / tadasana # 30dayyogachallenge Stand in front of the mat. Hip width distance on legs. Spread the tots. Ground down through the feet and through the soles of the feet. You can start visualizing roots that grow out of your feet and into the soil, and then connect with mother earth. Feel the amazing connection and energy to the earth. The coccyx is pulled down. The spine is long and fine. Shoulders down and away from the ears. Take a few deep breaths here. Feel that you are the earth, and also get in touch with the first chakra here which has the color red. Earth and balance in life and with yourself ❤️
