    Downward Facing Dog Split, Eka Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana

    Start in Downward Dog Pose, with weight evenly distributed between hands and feet, hips in air.

    Lift one leg into air as high as you can, eventually having leg in line with spine.

    To keep in mind: hips remain even, breathe in & out, core is pulling up to sky.

    In this pose you can find and remain in the moment for 30 seconds to one minute. Or longer if you are motivated!

    Return foot to the mat and repeat on the other side.
