Standing Split Variations.
From the standing forward bending position, draw your left leg up in the air for the standing split pose. Remember to ground down through your right foot with your palms on either side of your right foot. Bringing your attention to your breath. If you would like a more advanced option, you can reach back and grab your left foot, almost like a standing bow pose. And we’ll hold here for 5 breaths.
