    Spinal Twist

    In a seated position with your feet out, bend one knee and place it over the other leg.

    Arm goes behind you, long spine.

    Twisting as you lift the other hand up to the sky and then drop down behind lifted knee.

    Support yourself rooting into the earth as you focus on a upright spine,

    twisting two more times with during an exhale.

    Slowing twist back to the center, balancing yourself and make a counter twist for complete harmony on the other side with both hands on the ground giving thanks.
