HW: Full Length Classes
I enjoyed every single full length class, but my favorite was the detox flow. It really forced you to be mindful in your practice when you hold each position for five breaths. I also noticed it was nice to have the time to feel how you alignment was. It also have more time for intuitive cues and self exploration.
The lengthening of the spine and creating space in all of the organs feels good and focusing on releasing any negativity really makes this class a mindful detox as well as a physical one.
