Balancing on the forearms # 30dayyogachallenge Keep your elbows shoulder-width apart. Wear a band around your arms, if you do not yet have the strength to hold them in place. Press the foot with and push back. Lift is bone and look between your hands. You can shift the weight forward and try with one leg at a time, or try yourself on both legs.
