    Puppy Pose

    We’ll now come into puppy pose. Come to your knees and make sure they are placed under your hips. Inhale and stretch your arms straight in front of you and reach your chest to the floor. Place your chin on the mat and look forward between your hands. We’ll take a few breaths here to stretch out our back and shoulders.
