    Begin on hands & knees.

    Lower to elbows, ensuring that forearms are parallel to each other.

    Tuck toes & shift buttocks into air using core strength.

    There are a variety of aches and pains that might result from this movement. Use your breathe to manage your movement. Breathe into the stretch.

    Hold for 30-60 seconds and lower onto knees.
