HW: Forearm Balance
Forearm Stand:
If you have a solid dolphin, walk your feet closer to your hands. Look forward at your fingertips. Really ground down your elbows, forearms, and palms into the mat. Start by lifting one leg off of the mat, and floating your toes of the other leg. If you get a solid float, slowly lift your leg to meet your other one. Squeeze the elbows together. When you are ready lower one leg and then the other and make sure you do a counter pose like puppy or child’s pose.
