Pose: Table Pose Rotations- Right & Left
Starting on the hands and needs palms under the shoulders. Start moving the hips side to side. Then, do a big circle with your hips starting clockwise to the right. Allow your hips to flow naturally and do what feels right for you here. Create big circles with the hips. You may here popping here which is totally normal. Sync your breath with these fluid motions and after 5 deep breaths, change the direction of your hips to the left and do the same thing on this side.
