Fish with Lotus Legs
Matsyasana with Padmasana
Lie on floor on back with palms facing down.
Cross legs in Lotus pose.
Deep breathe in & out.
Knees to the floor as much as possible.
Arch back, using elbows as support and lift chest off floor. Crown of head touching ground.
If you can hold the feet, do so.
Hold the pose for 30 – 60 seconds. Breathe deeply.
Release feet and lie all of body on ground, feeling the benefits of the pose.
