Fluid Down Dog
Starting in down dog Feel free to cycle your legs pressing back with one heel at a time. Now come back to center take an inhale and on the exhale rotate your feet out both facing one side allowing your hips to rotate with it and exhaling grounding down through your palms and pushing back. Really engage your opposite arm so you feel the stretch on the side that’s closer to the ground. Inhale back to center- regular down dog and exhale into the same thing on the other side.
Keep alternating through the two sides for a few breaths.
