HW: Fluid Power Flow
For the fluid camel variation we start in the basic camel pose. Legs hips distance apart and on your knees. Start going back with a straight back and coming back forth to the starting position. We do this a couple of times to warm up the tights. Then we start the fluid camel variation by taking your right arm to your right ankle and the left arm up. We flow by taking the left arm and flow the right arm up. We repeat this for a couple of times both ways. And don’t forget to breathe
